Product deserves 5 stars delivery service 1 star hence 3 stars. Even though the recipient was at home the cream tea was left outside the front door. They made no attempt to ring the doorbell or knock the door. DPD sent me (the sender) a message that it was in the porch. My son doesn’t have a porch so I telephoned him and he found it outside his front door. Like a lot of couriers poor delivery service.
